If any of you who visit this site would like to help me out I would greatly appreciate it. I need reviews for my Aquatint and Aquabird themes in the Firefox Sandbox before they will release it to public. I don't know why they are being so difficult with these themes since they are tested and will be well reviewed by those who used Aquatint in the past. This has never been an issue for any of my previous themes.
I need anyone willing to help to go to Firefox and look up my themes in Sandbox for both firefox and thunderbird themes and write "technical" reviews for them. Basically, report that they look nice and work well. To get to the sandbox, log in to your account. When you go to the add-ons page it should say public/sandbox next to the search window near the top of the screen. If it doesn't, click on "my account" next to "log in" to the right of the search box. In that menu you need to make sure that that "make sandbox visible" option is selected then go back to the add-ons page.

About Me
I am a former high school math Teacher, a husband, and a father of two with one more on the way.
I graduated with a degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona. I followed that up with a masters of Arts in Teaching degree from George Fox University with an endorsement in Advanced Mathematics.
After teaching math to high schoolers for five years, I was recruited to work for the web browser Flock after they saw the work I had done on the side developing themes for Firefox.
My work includes Aero Fox, Aero Fox Silver, Aquatint Redone, Aquatint Black, Abstract Classic, Abstract Zune, Bible Fox and many others.
Unfortunately, due to the recent drop in the U.S. economy, I was laid off from Flock after only five months following major payroll cuts. As I continue to develop themes for Firefox and now Flock, my hope is to be able to turn it into a business developing high quality user interface for browsers and websites. I love doing this sort of thing and appreciate the feedback and support I have received from users.
This site will mainly be for updates as I work on maintaining and improving my themes. I have added a discussion forum to my main site, www.virtusdesigns.com, as well for people who want to post comments, start discussions, and help out with troubleshooting issues.

Installing Files
My recent updates and all themes from this point on will be in xpi format. This allows for automatic installation upon download making it easier to get the themes.
Some of my themes are still jar files. To install a jar file
First save the file to your hard drive. Then, open Firefox/Thunderbird>Tools>Add-Ons. Drag and drop the .jar file in the theme window and click install. Select the theme tab and click on the "use theme" button. Restart Firefox/Thunderbird to use the new theme.

Working on XP and Aquabird and Aquatint are doing just fine.
No notable ressource change.
In TBird though, i was wondering if a small box should flip open on the left side like Fx as you mozy down the menu?
Could we have a red, white and blue theme for Montreal Canadiens fans?

My favorite theme of all is Amethyst Firefox, which is still in the Sandbox at AMO.

What happened to Ruby Firefox? There is no longer a download link, and it appears to have been removed from AMO. Will you be working on it again. I would very much like to see it and test it out. I never got to download it.
You can add me as an alpha/beta tester for any of your Firefox/Thunderbird themes. Do you think you may be able to port your Cobalt/Amethyst and Aquatint series to Sunbird and to Nvu/KompoZer? There are only 3 themes for Sunbird 0.3 - 0.6a1 and 4 themes for Nvu/KompoZer 0.7 - 1.1.

I downloaded Aquabird Redone and wanted to know where the calendar is that I saw in the preview of this theme add-on. Another theme advertised IT had a calendar as well. I have TB V. 2.0.0.6. No calendar! Is there a special configuration I need to perform?
